Eastbury House offers a first floor two bed roomed apartment, Ideal for three persons but can accommodate up to six. The apartment comprises hall with an intercom entry system, large lounge/dining room and two bedrooms.

Unrestricted parking available in street and surrounding area

 

Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could need for six including electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, liquidizer, iron and an ironing board.  Bathroom with three-piece suite, including shower over bath. Brand new combi boiler gives instant hot water and heating when needed.

Bedroom two with single bed, plus complete second guest bed under. Includes clock radio, TV/video player. All bed linen and towels provided.

Bedroom Two

Retains many original Victorian features, as well as widescreen TV, DVD/CD and VHS player. Wireless (WiFi) connection on request.
